The popular Discovery Channel TV show Mythbusters was attempting an experiment involving cannonballs near the town of Dublin in California yesterday when it all went horribly wrong. A cannonball they fired missed its target and traveled more than two miles above the town before crash landing into a residential neighborhood.
Amazingly, no-one was hurt but police say the cannonball crashed through one house leaving a 10 inch hole on both the front and back wall, bounced off the roof of another house and ultimately came to a stop as it smashed into a van parked on a driveway.
