Hit And Run Kills Lady On Airport Freeway In Bedford, Texas

Early Sunday morning, when most people were sleeping, a woman was found dead along Airport Freeway in Bedford. This case was a hit and run incident that occurred around 2:15 a.m. near the Brown Trail overpass. Investigators are hoping that surveillance video at a nearby business may have captured an image of the woman walking along the freeway minutes before she died. The Tarrant County medical examiner's office had not released her identity pending positive confirmation, but police had tentative identification after speaking to relatives. A young mother of two was killed in Bedford and now police are hoping to use security camera videos to track down the driver. A surveillance camera near the corner of a store caught Tonya Page, 29, walking toward the highway, just minutes before she was killed by a hit and run driver. It is still unclear as to who hit her. I hope that the driver gets caught or turns theirself in.
