NBA Player Saves Lives and Prevents A Drunk Driving Accident

NBA Player Prevents Drunk Driving WreckJosh Harrellson Prevents Drunk Driving WreckFuture New York Knicks player, Josh Harrellson, prevented a drunk driving accident in Lexington, Kentucky on Saturday. Harrellson and his friends were leaving the Tin Roof bar when they saw what appeared to be a drunk man getting into his truck and starting the vehicle.

The drunk man then drove right at Harrellson and his friends who were talking in the parking lot. The NBA player pushed his friends out of the way and the drunk driver smashed into Harrellson's car and several other parked vehicles.

That's when Harrellson and his buddies sprang into action. They jumped on the truck and reached through the open window to turn off the car. Oh, and this drunk driver also had kids in the backseat. Thankfully because of the bravery and quick-thinking of Harrellson and his buddies, the only thing that got hurt was the cars in the parking lot.

Josh Harrellsson saved lives that night. Not only could he have killed other drivers on the road that night, but also himself and the precious children in the backseat. We need more people like Harrellson in this world that step up and do the right thing. Hopefully, this will be a wakeup call the that drunk driver that he needs to be more responsible and get help for his alcohol issues.

Well done Josh. At the Anderson Law Firm, we wish you a bright future in the NBA (once this dumb lockout is over, of course).
