Three Injured After Fort Worth Crash Involving Three 18-Wheelers

Three 18-wheelers and a passenger car were involved in a major wreck on I-35W yesterday morning, which resulted in both directions of the interstate to be shut down for several hours as an investigation into the cause of the crash was conducted and a subsequent cleanup was carried out.

Although firm details are not yet known, it is understood that the three-semi trucks and a one car collided in the northbound lanes of I-35W between the Rosedale and Allen exists in Fort Worth. The accident occurred at approximately 10:00am yesterday morning.

One of the 18-wheeler trucks tipped over. Sand, diesel, and radiator fluid were spilled across both sides of the highway, shutting all lanes for four hours.

Altogether, six people were involved in the crash. One adult and two children who were all riding in the car were reported have suffered non-life threatening injuries.

It is not yet known which motorist involved was to blame for the wreck occurring, although FWDP have released a statement citing that both speeding and following too closely were factors in the wreck.

I would strongly urge the individuals injured in this wreck to consult with an experienced Texas truck wreck attorney as early as possible to ensure that their legal rights are upheld – including their right to recover full and fair compensation, if they are indeed entitled to seek damages. Whenever an auto accident involves a commercial motor vehicle, time is of the essence when it comes to protecting your legal rights.

On behalf of everyone here at the Anderson Law Firm, I wish you a full and speedy recovery form your injuries.
