Unless a lawsuit has been filed, you are NOT required to give the insurance company your cell phone records, or any records for that matter. If a lawsuit has been filed, you may then be required to give over your phone records. Or they may be subpoenaed from the phone company. Again, as long as there isn't a lawsuit filed, you are not required to give the insurance adjuster your any phone records. But as always, consult with an experienced injury attorney before handing anything over to the insurance company.
