I was in a traffic accident when a car turned left in front of me while I was riding my motorcycle. Who is at fault?
A
Typically a left-handed turning vehicle is found to be at fault since the law requires that a motorist planning on making a left hand turn must yeild to all oncoming traffic. In some cases, the vehicle driver tries to fault the motorcyclist for speeding. However, it is almost always the vehicle driver's fault for failing to yield the right of way.
