Why type of evidence is most important when pursuing a claim?
A
The more evidence you can collect the better - you can never have too much. Taking the time to collect key things will help your chances of winning your accident case. The personal injury attorneys at the Anderson Law Firm find the following evidence most valuable and relatively easy to obtain - if you just remember to do it:
The name, phone number, address, insurance information and vehicle information of the other party.
Information from witnesses including name and phone number.
Take as many pictures of the accident scene as you want. Good pictures include your vehicle, their vehicle, wide shots of the wreck, skid marks, street signs and road signs.
Pictures of your injuries, no matter how gross they are to look at. Take pictures at the scene of the accident, at the hospital, at home, or all three places.
