Despite warnings to riders, thousands of ATV accidents occur each year resulting in serious crush-type injuries and death. The majority of these ATV injuries and deaths are the result of rollover accidents that can be attributed to a narrow wheel base and/or unstable frame design. When combined with powerful engines, such notorious design flaws result in ATVs being top heavy, which creates serious loss-of-control issues for riders making sharp turns, even on flat surfaces at low speeds.
If you or a family member have been injured or suffered a loss as a result of an ATV accident, please Contact Us Online or call our office at 817-294-1900.
