What Does a Free Consultation Involve?

Here at the Anderson Law Firm, we offer a completely free, no obligation consultation to all victims of accidents caused by someone else’s negligence.

This is an opportunity for you to discuss your unique situation with a personal injury professional who understands the law and who can help you understand what must be done in order for you to recover a fair settlement from the liable insurance company.

It is also an opportunity for you to get to know the lawyers at our firm so that you can be sure that you are comfortable with entrusting your case to us. Remember, just because you take advantage of our free consultation offer, there is absolutely no obligation to hire us, and there is never any cost associated with your initial consultation – regardless of whether or not you end up hiring us.

How do I arrange a consultation with an attorney?

You can call us 24 hours a day on our toll free number 1-800-354-6275, or locally at either 817-294-1900 in Tarrant County or 214-327-8000 in Dallas County. If you call us during office hours you will probably be able to speak with an attorney immediately if one if available. Otherwise, we will call you back as soon as possible. Generally, we will discuss your case with you over the phone, and then schedule a face-to-face meeting so that we can further discuss your case in greater detail. All of this is free.

Where will our free consultation take place?

Most of the time we invite our potential clients to meet with us at our downtown Fort Worth office. However, we also have offices located throughout the metroplex in Dallas, Arlington and Keller. We are happy to arrange a meeting in one of those locations if it is easier for you. Of course, we understand that if you have been seriously injured or if your car was totaled in your wreck, it might be inconvenient for you to make the journey to any of our offices. In these situations, we are more than happy to come to you – wherever you are. We will come to your home, to the hospital, or meet you at a local Starbucks if you’d prefer. Whatever is easiest for you.

Why is a face-to-face meeting necessary?

The main benefit of arranging a face-to-face consultation following our initial phone conversation is so that both you and we have adequate time to gather any relevant information which might be necessary to properly discuss the details of your case and therefore give you an accurate idea of the amount of compensation you should consider to be fair and reasonable. However, please note that it is often difficult to put an exact dollar amount on your claim at this early stage – until you hire us and start working on your claim we won’t know all of the necessary details. As already mentioned, meeting with us face-to-face also allows you to ensure that you are comfortable in hiring us as your legal representatives to pursue justice on your behalf.

Is it really free?

Absolutely! Your initial online contact, phone conversation, and face-to-face meeting with us is 100% free. We don’t charge by the hour or anything like that. In fact, if you do decide to hire us, our contract includes a contingency fee clause, which means that unless we are successful in winning your claim against the insurance company, you don’t owe us a penny. When we do resolve your claim, our payment is taken as a percentage of the total amount of compensation recovered. The exact details of the contract will be clearly explained to you in the face-to-face meeting when it occurs.

I still have more questions…

That’s great! You probably have a lot of questions that you want answered. Please don’t be afraid to ask us. We are here to help you – and there is no obligation to hire us by simply asking us some questions. If you’re not quite ready to schedule an in-person meeting just yet, that’s absolutely fine. You can still get the answers you seek by contacting us online or by calling us at one of the following telephone numbers:

Toll Free: 800-354-6275

Fort Worth, TX: 817-294-1900

Dallas, TX: 214-327-8000

You are also invited to browse our website, which contains a wealth of information aimed to assist and inform you on your legal rights as a Texas injury victim, as the parent of an injured minor, or as the relative of a wrongfully deceased person.

Thank you for considering using the Anderson Law Firm to help you at this most difficult time. We are ready and waiting to help you achieve the full justice you deserve – and to recover the maximum compensation available to you and your loved ones.
