What Chart Do You Use To Set The Value Of My Personal Injury Claim?

Chart? There's no such thing! There are WAY too many factors that go into valuing a claim for it to be charted out all nice and neat. Many insurance companies try to use a computer system called Collosus to value claims, but it doesn't work. Many, many factors go into valuing a case. Each individual case can easily have several more (or less) factors that weigh in on its value. For instance, what if the at-fault driver was drunk? A jury is more likely to punish a drunk driver, so the value of that case is higher than a case where there is no drinking involved. No chart or computer program would ever be able to cover all of the different factors that go into valuing each individual claim.
