One Dead, Paramedics Injured in Dallas Accident

Two paramedics were injured after 28-year-old Luis Cabrera crashed into an ambulance early Sunday morning. The accident occurred in Dallas, where first responders were at a scene of an accident near North Westmoreland Street and West Davis Street.

Cabrera was travelling at high speeds when he ran a red light at an intersection, hitting a Dallas Fire-Rescue ambulance that was crossing the intersection. Two paramedics were injured and were rushed to the hospital. Cabrera was taken to the hospital where he passed away.

So far one paramedic has been released and another is receiving treatment for serious injuries.

As a car accident attorney, I know how difficult the aftermath of a wreck like this can be. I wish the victims and their families a speedy recovery.
