What our personal injury firm can do for you after a car accident

  • We’ll start with a free consultation

After a car accident, you will have bills piling up. You don’t need to worry about legal fees too. We offer a free consultation, where we will listen to your story and get the facts about the car accident. We will then form a plan to help you get the medical care you need. From there, we'll gather evidence to build your case against the other party and start our battle to win you everything you deserve for your medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.

  • You Pay Nothing Upfront

When you hire our firm, there are no costs upfront. Instead, we work on a contingency basis, meaning you owe us nothing until we’ve won you full and fair compensation for your car accident.

  • We’ll Set You Up with Doctors We Trust

If you’ve been hurt in an car accident, you shouldn’t be left to suffer while your case is pending. When you come to us as a new client, we’ll work quickly to set you up with doctors who will give you the care you need at the moment you need it. All payment is deferred until after we’ve won your case. These doctors will have experience treating people who have been in crashes, so they understand the aches and pains that you are enduring.

  • We Immediately Investigate Your Accident

If we're going to convince the insurance company to pay you full compensation, words alone are not enough—we'll need to prove that the other driver caused your car accident, and that your car accident caused your injuries. Since evidence like skid marks, debris, vehicle damage and video camera recordings tend to disappear quickly, fast action is important, which is why we make investigating your case a priority.

  • We Fight the Insurance Company

Year after year, insurance providers continue to make it more difficult to hold at-fault drivers accountable for the pain and suffering they cause others. We have a deep understanding of Texas law and use our experience to negotiate with the insurance adjusters. If the insurance company refuses to cooperate, we’ll take them to trial.

  • We Win You the Compensation You Deserve

We are well-versed in Texas law and understand how much is at stake after a car crash: your physical health, your financial health, and your emotional health. We’ve fought tirelessly for each and every one of our clients, and we’ll do the same for you.

Fatal Car Accident Claims

When families come to us after losing a loved one in an accident, we know that they’re going through one of the hardest, lowest points in their lives. Fatal accidents are tragic, and we take our responsibility to survivors seriously.

When you contact Anderson Injury Lawyers about a loved one who was lost in a car wreck, it’s our duty to provide support, guidance and reassurance as we pursue a wrongful death claim against the negligent party. Through a wrongful death lawsuit, surviving family members can recover:

  • Medical costs incurred before your loved one’s passing
  • Funeral and burial expenses
  • Loss of financial support
  • Loss of care, support, and services
  • Loss of love, society, and companionship
  • Mental anguish

We encourage you to contact us in order to discuss the steps our law firm will take to help you and your family.

Car Accident Statute of Limitations

If you've been hurt in an accident in Texas, you have two years from the date of the accident to file a lawsuit. This is called the statute of limitations. If you’ve been in an accident, it’s important that you contact us quickly so that we can begin building your case and ensure no evidence is lost. However, if your statute date is approaching and you have not yet contacted a lawyer, there are still ways we can help you, and we encourage you to call us as soon as possible.

According to Texas law, injury victims have a two-year deadline from the date of the accident to file a claim. If you allow that deadline to pass and you haven't yet taken action, it's too late: you will be barred from submitting a claim to the insurance company, and you will be unable to recover compensation for your medical bills, damages, and so on.

Please note that contacting the insurance company is not enough. You must actually file a lawsuit at the courthouse. There may be times when you’re getting close to the statute date but you haven’t yet reached the point in the process when you’d normally file a lawsuit. If this happens, your personal injury attorney can file a lawsuit to ‘save’ the statute; i.e. to prevent the statute from running out in the event that the case cannot be resolved short of a lawsuit.
